Pregnancy is a special time that can be filled with wonder and excitement in bringing new life into this world, but here at Basking Babies we recognise that it can also be a time of worry or concern. We believe that looking after mum’s mental health during pregnancy is just as important as their physical health. That’s why we designed this course – sharing a variety of relaxation techniques for both mind and body that can empower women for pregnancy, birth and beyond.
