You can cancel your monthly plan at any point by logging into your account with us. Login to your customer portal, navigate to 'my classes', click 'view' on your class and then click 'cancel this plan'. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
PLEASE NOTE: There's a 30-day notice period, so please make sure that you cancel your plan 30 days before you want to finish classes with us. NB you are able to cancel prior to the 30 day period and select the classes that you want to attend that go beyond 30 days from the point of cancellation (the system will automatically do the calculations so you end up paying the correct amount for classes attended overall). If you have any trouble at all trying to cancel the plan yourself please let your instructor know so that they can help you.
