What if I have no prior experience of relaxation or meditation?

No prior experience is necessary. Relaxation is learned though, it’s like a muscle. So don’t worry if it feels like it’s not coming naturally, give it time.

This course includes a variety of different relaxation techniques, and it’s natural that you may prefer some over others. That’s really ok. It’s not about becoming an expert here, or needing to use every technique to reap the benefits. Relaxation is what’s important, and we’re offering you an invitation to find out what works for you.
