Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds unless the instructor is unable to provide the tuition that you have paid for.
If a class is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstance (e.g. the instructor’s child is ill, severe adverse weather, issue with the venue etc), every effort will be made to rearrange the session missed – whether this be rescheduled for a different date, or rescheduled online.
